The isolation room provides protection
against the spread of contagious diseases and it also doubles as an
exotics ward. There are 2 large removable cages with suspended heat
lamps for birds, and 1 incubator for birds and 'pocket' pets. The
lower 2 rows of kennels are for dogs, cats, rabbits etc. Both the
door and the front wall of the isolation room have large windows so pets
can be easily monitored from outside the room.
